Introducing the new Wordmark for the State Revolving Funds (SRF).
Two programs. Two funds. One mission.
SRF is a collaborative lending program through the North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) and Public Finance Authority (PFA). Since the inception of the SRF program in 1990; we have disbursed more than $2 billion in low‑interest loans to hundreds of local governments, including over $600 million in the past four years. The new visual identity will appear on materials, reports, and outreach to strengthen public recognition and encourage community engagement. Learn how our combined efforts help fund projects that ensure safe and reliable water across North Dakota. Learn more by visiting the SRF landing page for program and project impact.
The design is a friendly hand supporting a shimmering droplet. The symbolism behind the design is the partnership between DEQ and PFA and highlights our shared commitment to uplifting North Dakota communities through supportive water infrastructure. Every community, every person deserves access to clean water. That is our commitment to North Dakota.
