North Dakota’s State Revolving Funds program (SRF) offer affordable financing to communities working to improve water infrastructure. The programs support a variety of eligible projects, including drinking water systems, wastewater treatment and other environmental improvements. The North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) and the North Dakota Public Finance Authority (PFA) jointly administer the programs to ensure projects meet regulatory and financial requirements. Together, they help communities secure the resources needed to protect public health and the environment.
